Personal Retreat Weekends

Shaftsbury Retreat now offers Personal Retreat Weekends throughout the year. Open to SRF Lessons students and Kriyabans, these are small group retreats, typically about six to eight people. Devotees have the opportunity to take part in group meditations, kirtan chanting, online monastic talks, along with plenty of time for quietude in the peaceful retreat setting. We provide a weekend schedule, and you are welcome to take part in as many or as few of the events that work best for your ideal personal retreat. Retreatants are in silence for most of the weekend, and there will be time for fellowship during Friday dinner and Sunday lunch times.

The suggested donation for the Personal Retreat Weekends is $200. Attendees are required to bring their own food for the weekend, and we recommend bringing meals that are simple, pre-prepared, and easy to warm up. We will provide you with more details and local food market information for pickup orders before you arrive to the retreat.

Registration is now open for the following Personal Weekend Retreats: Feb. 6-8, March 13-15 – Please fill out the registration form if you would like to attend. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
